The building stands four-square at the head of South Dock on the edge of Canary Wharf, with views that extend out across London’s unmistakable monuments and waterways. Landmark Pinnacle has a unique vantage point. No other residence has as many uninterrupted views both westward down the River Thames, across the entire city, and eastward over the docks to the Thames Barrier and beyond. The ground floor of the building is a stick facade while the floors above are surrounded by 8300 façade elements.

This 32-storey city centre development provides 603 student bedrooms with generous amenities and lettable commercial space at ground floor. The building comprises a lower podium element with a taller tower above. The building’s contrasting dark façade comprises metal cladding panels with fixed glazed units and perforated metal panels, behind which openable windows allow natural ventilation. The staggered regular pattern of equal sized window and solid panels provides a planar façade. Fins misaligned through each segment disguise the rigid window pattern typically associated with student accommodation and ensure privacy in the bedrooms.

The project is located in London - Canary Wharf Situated in Canary Wharf - the building consists of several levels of high-quality office space, connecting commercial reception facilities and retail space on the ground floor, and a basement shared with other buildings within the first phase of the development program. The ground floor and the first floor are a curtain wall made with stick system and the second to the 13th floor "Unitized Stick system" in prefabricated concrete frames.

Vine Street - Urbanest is a 12-14-story building consisting of 4 distinct blocks (units). It is divided between office and student accommodation. The ground floor is a stick system facade and the upper floors unitised facade elements, partially curved and inclined.

Triptych Bankside is a new mixed-use development comprising two residential towers, a low-rise office building, retail and cultural facilities located in London’s cultural quarter. Designed by renowned London Architects Squire & Partners, the undulating curves of the façade present a fresh and distinct contrast to the homogeneous silhouette of symmetric towers marking London’s skyline.
